Schedule of Classes
 

Advanced/Intermediate Hula (age 13-up)                  Sundays 9:00am-10:30am  (Eagle Rock Studio)

Previous hula experience required. Class focuses on performance level, advanced technique, choreography and precision.

Children/Keiki Hula (age 5-12)                                       Fridays   5:30-6:30pm  (Silverlake Studio)                 

No experience required. Classes are geared to meet the needs and abilities of children with instruction in the basic hula step and hand motions.

Intermediate/Beginner Hula (age 13-up)                           Sundays 12:30-2pm  (Eagle Rock Studio)

No experience required. Learn the basic hula steps, hip movements, hand gestures and simple hulas.  This class offers a LOW IMPACT workout to the relaxing sounds of Hawaiian Music and prepares you for the performance level.

Ukulele Class - ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Sundays 2:00pm-3:00pm (Eagle Rock Studio)

Bring your own ukulele and a positive attitude.  No one gets left behind.  Goal to perform at upcoming luaus.

Competition Team                                

Experience required.  Commitment to Halau for at least 2 years and permission from Kumu to attend.  Focuses on performance level & competition choreography.
